What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
FSD is about finding freedom in movement through the body, mind & soul connection. Free to create, express & be free without judgment. To be the best we can be both inside & outside the studio; to live life outside the box; & most importantly, to follow our passions by living life on our own terms.
What’s one tip for first-time students that will make them feel like veterans?
Our studio is a safe space to try new things, to step outside your comfort zone & to be you. Whether you haven’t or have danced before, this is the place for you. If you want to get in shape & have fun doing it, this is the right place! Live life outside the box b/c that is where the magic happens!
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
After fitting a square peg in a round whole for a long time I realized it was time to let go of what I was not. left my corporate job to have my passion be my full time job. I wanted a place where people could feel free to express themselves without judgment & be able to create & explore themselves.
What do you love most about your job?
When I see people coming outside of their shell and really feeling good about themselves. If someone has forgotten about the stress of life for an hour, then I know I’ve done a good job 🙂
