Appointments are required; please call merchant for bookings. All bookings are subject to availability, 24 hour advance notice is required for cancellation or voucher is void.

All vents must be cleaned at the time of service.
Additional vents can be serviced at a rate of $9.95 per vent; service on Access Panels will be charged at a rate of $5.00 per panel if required.
Additional furnace cleaning carries a surcharge of $49.00, while additional Air Conditioning cleaning carries a surcharge of $39.00.
Buyers may upgrade to the High Power Brush Cleaning for an additional $40.00 and $11.95 a vent, payable to merchant at time of service.
