Customers choose from an extensive inventory of quality beef cuts, poultry, pork, seafood, and appetizers. Most single-order items start around $80 and up.

Chef Select ships out fine local foods to hungry meat eaters in Western Canada. Emphasizing local products and food purveyors, customers peruse portions of free-range veal and poultry, naturally raised Alberta pork products, and Ocean Wise–approved sustainable seafood items. All beef cuts are aged for at least 21 days for a more complex flavour profile, and products are kept fresh via a quick-freezing, vacuum-seal process and with dry ice. Diners can also stock up on finger foods such as escargot in garlic butter as well as variety of themed combo boxes. The sausage sampler includes links in flavours including blueberry, spanish chorizo, and rum-and-pineapple, and the seafood box showers diners with battered scallops, Tiki shrimp, and a singing crustacean sidekick.
