  1. I had booked an appointment with you scheduled for Oct 28th for 9AM. I do have a groupon ticket. I tried phoning to confirm afew days before the 28th with no reply. It is now 9:40 and no one has showed up nor phone to say they were late. Please respond to this email. Marilyn Talbot

  2. Same issue here. Had an appointment booked for 9am oct 28th. No show. This is the second time they’ve missed their appointment. Paid our money back in August. I’m writing this as more of a warning to other consumers. Be aware if you see Pro Star Painting deals online. Terrible customer service. Hoping to get our money back.

    And to Pro Star: People are busy and have paid good money! Booking time off work so you guys can miss our appointment is annoying the first time. Twice?? Ridiculous! I’ll be sure to pass on my recommendation.
