A portobello-and-zucchini sandwich conceals its rabbit-fighting origins with tomato confit and monterey jack cheese ($12.95), and a bison burger pounces on palates with fried onion and red-pepper aioli between a kaiser bun ($13.95). All sandwiches strut onto plates with partnering fries, mixed greens, fingerling potatoes, apple-fennel slaw, or a cup of daily soup. Diners can also catch pizza Frisbees such as the cheesesteak, bearing slow-cooked prime rib and gruyere cheese on house-made dough (8″, $14.95). The Belfry’s chefs raise all their dips, dressings, and sauces in-house, from conception through the awkward teenage years when they haven’t quite grown into their bottles.

Tongues are prepared for multilingual conversations with a global roster of drinks, such as draft beers ($5.75+) or customizable Belfry mimosas ($10).
