Free Spirit Dance gives a unique space to try new things, to step outside the comfort zone, and to engage the body in movement. This is a dance and fitness studio just for adults with a variety of unique classes to help get your body into shape. Unlike most professional dancers, the owner of Free Spirit began her dancing career only in her early 20s, and this is what inspired her to create a safe space just for adults to explore and express themselves through movement. The studio offers over 20 classes a week to choose from, including Zumba, Hip Hop, Beach Body Barre, Salsa, Booty Lift Triple Threat and more!
