His work was awarded numerous times including the Best Milk Chocolate Bar recognition in 2013 and the Silver Award at 2015 International Academy of Chocolate Awards in Longon. Bernard’s contributions to the culinary arts have won him the l’Ordre Internationale de la Gastronomie Francaise, awarded by the French government.
