The certified instructors conduct classes ranging from vinyasa and restorative to nidra and family yoga, in which they teach not only the technique, but also how to develop spiritually and discover the true self. Although they cater to all lifestyles and fitness levels, they specialize in beginner sessions that help participants get out of their comfort zone and master the fundamentals.
