Free Spirit Dance gives a unique space to try new things, to step outside the comfort zone, and to engage the body in movement. This is a dance and fitness studio with a variety of classes for both beginners and experienced dancers, as well as for those who want to get their body into shape or just enjoy dancing. Unlike most professional dancers, the owner of Free Spirit began her dancing career only in her early 20s, and this is what inspired her to create a place where adults can explore and choose something that fits them best from over 20 classes a week, including Hip Hop, Contemporary, Belly Dance, Sexy Chair Tease, Beach Body Barre, and more.
