First Course consists of marinated local beets tossed with goat cheese and grapefruit then sprinkled with torn basil and the delicate crunch of pistachios. You’ll also enjoy roasted cauliflower accompanied by fried chickpeas, sweet sultanas, and a dusting of sage and pecorino. Round out the course with “00” meatballs — a house blend of natural pork and beef, smothered in tomato gravy — and a glass of Jermann pinot grigio from Friuli, Italy.

Second Course serves up three signature pizzas on that secret-recipe crust: the mortadella blends the namesake rich and mildly spiced sausage with pistachio, rosa sauce and basil; the speck pizza adds the pizzaz of the smoked meat with mozzarella and arugula; the mushroom pizza features cultivated mushrooms with basil and fontina.
