I had my hair done by this salon 2 mts ago and the whole experience was probably the worst that I’ve ever had!
To make a long story short I will tell you that any type of coloring or foils that you have done likely will be charged an extra $25 toner cost. I had foils done and they told me that the highlights were bleach blonde and they always use toner. No where could I find in the fine print that this was going to be a charge.
Also was charged the long hair $25 charge for my shoulder length hair. Now that my hair was cut up to my ears I could not argue that my hair was indeed shoulder-length before we began. The girl stated “it was a close one but I’m pretty sure it was below your shoulders”.
Terrible experience. Not nice staff. In the end payed regular salon fees ($50 above the purchase price). I feel so sorry for anyone purchasing this deal. Life is too short to make purchases like this one!
