I bought one and I am still waiting for a call back, email back, etc. So far I am not impressed with their customer service…what is that going to say about their skill in cleaning? I will be getting a refund in 2 days if I don’t hear back right away. Very annoying!
I bought one of these vouchers and had an appointment to have my house cleaned at 1 as i am getting married on the 25th. They never showed up, so i called the number and it was no longer in service. Thanks capital house and carpet cleaning. If you cant keep up with the work maybe you shouldnt put yourselfs on the deal of the day. This is a very poor way of running a company and hope you run the company into the ground
I bought a voucher in July and made an appointment for today September 21st at 12pm. No show!! I called the phone number and it was not in service. I called Calgary and the woman on the phone told me Mark would call me and let me know what happened. It is now 9:07 pm. and still no phone call from him. I sent him 2 e-mails today with no response. I reported the company to dealfind and asked for my money back. Seems like this deal is a scam. Mark Andrew shame on you!!!!!
