Hap Ki-Do is a versatile form of self-defense for people of all shapes and sizes. Rather than learning to crush their adversaries, students learn to redirect the violence of their opponent until they gain control over the situation. Yoon’s also teaches Tae Kwon Do, an ancient Korean martial art focusing on empty hand and food combat.
