When Triwood Community Association was first founded, it had its sights set on recreation and fitness. Specifically, on helping the city create an ice rink for hockey and pleasure-skating. It succeeded, and more than half a century later, it’s still at it. Its latest effort to help enrich, amuse, and provide healthy activities for the community are yoga classes. In partnership with Art-Full of Life, Triwood has begun offering yoga classes for beginners, moms, and more advanced students alike.
