At Mélange Restaurant & Gastro Lounge, patrons pair creations from a multifarious menu of gourmet selections from the sea, sky, land, and garden with domestic and imported beers. A selection of dim-sum appetizers changes weekly and allows diners to sample a culturally diverse treat without having to book a seat on an ornithopter. Four grown-up versions of the grilled-cheese sandwich come of age in the pan with a choice of four cheeses, including brie and fontina ($12–$14), and build-your-own burgers ($15) robe themselves in a choice of eight cheeses ($3–$5) as well as add-ons such as prosciutto or pancetta ($7–$8). Patrons reenact famous duels with their forks and knives in black leather booths before sampling the featured vegetarian ($20) or seafood entrees ($22) or electing to divide and conquer the 6-ounce tenderloin steak ($33).
